SHIPPING IN INDIA :
WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING ACROSS THE COUNTRY FOR STANDARD DELIVERY.

WE DISPATCH MOST ORDERS WITHIN 7-8 WORKING DAYS. UNEXPECTED DELAYS CAN OCCUR, HENCE WE WOULD INFORM YOU ABOUT THE SAME.
All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before submitting. Incase the delivery is not accepted in the second attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to borne by the customer.

Incase of any alteration/exchange of size, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 7 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 15 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition, worn or after the given time. The product can only be exchanged/altered/returned ONCE.

In case, the product is defected/damaged. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not entertain any exchange requests after the 7 day window.

If any problem with custom orders, please take a video of opening and trying out the product and write to us within 48 hrs of delivery.

The cost of sending the product to us if any have to be borne by the customer in case of online orders. You will have to self ship the products to us. We will dispatch the altered/exchanged product at our expense.

The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. AARIA DESIGNS holds all rights to not accept the products incase they are used or damaged by the customer.

Returns are not allowed. If customer is dissatisfied by the outfit or if there are major alterations only then, customer can get back to us and we'll take back the outfit and give the customer a store credit that can be used anytime in the future.
